Getting Started
How do I create an account?
Download FuzzKeep from the App Store, open the app, and tap 'Create Account'. Enter your email address and create a password. You can also sign up using your Apple ID for faster registration.
How do I add my first pet?
After creating your account, you'll be prompted to add your first pet. Tap 'Add Pet', choose whether it's a cat or dog, and fill in their details like name, breed, birthday, and any health information you'd like to track.
Can I add multiple pets?
Yes! FuzzKeep supports unlimited pet profiles. Simply go to your profile list and tap 'Add Pet' to create a new profile. You can easily switch between pets from the main dashboard.
Health Tracking
How do I log a vaccination?
Navigate to your pet's profile, tap on 'Health Records', then select 'Vaccinations'. Tap the '+' button to add a new vaccination record including the vaccine name, date administered, and next due date.
How do I track medications?
Go to your pet's profile and select 'Medications'. You can add new medications with dosage information, frequency, and set reminders to never miss a dose.
What are the weekly self-checkups?
Weekly self-checkups are guided health assessments you can do at home. The app walks you through checking your pet's eyes, ears, teeth, coat, weight, and overall behavior to catch potential issues early.
Reminders & Notifications
How do I set up reminders?
You can set reminders for medications, appointments, and preventative care. When adding any of these items, you'll see an option to enable notifications. You can customize the timing and frequency of reminders.
Why am I not receiving notifications?
First, make sure notifications are enabled for FuzzKeep in your iPhone Settings. Go to Settings > FuzzKeep > Notifications and ensure they're turned on. Also check that you have reminders enabled within the app.
Can I customize notification times?
Yes! Each reminder can be customized. You can set specific times, choose how many days in advance you want to be notified, and even set recurring reminders for regular tasks.
24/7 Vet Access
How does the 24/7 vet access work?
Our 24/7 vet access feature connects you with licensed veterinary professionals who can answer your questions and provide guidance. It's available through in-app chat or call, depending on your subscription plan.
Is this a substitute for seeing a vet in person?
No, our 24/7 vet access is for guidance and general questions only. For emergencies, physical examinations, surgeries, or prescriptions, please visit a veterinary clinic. Our professionals can help you determine if an in-person visit is needed.
Is 24/7 vet access included in all plans?
24/7 vet access is a premium feature. Please check our current subscription plans for details on what's included in each tier.
Account & Data
How do I export my pet's data?
Go to Settings > Data & Privacy > Export Data. You can export your pet's complete health records as a PDF, which is perfect for sharing with your veterinarian.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Please note that this action is permanent and will delete all your pet profiles and data. We recommend exporting your data first.
Is my data secure?
Yes, we take data security seriously. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell your personal information. Please see our Privacy Policy for complete details.
