C. Payment Information

Subscriptions: All payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We do not store your credit card details or financial information. We receive only a confirmation of your subscription status.

How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

• To provide the Service: Tracking your pet's health, activity, and tasks.
• Smart Recommendations: We use your pet's specific attributes (e.g., breed, age, weight) to recommend relevant products, services, or content in our "Recommendations" tab.

  Example: If you have a "Golden Retriever Puppy," we may show recommendations for "Large Breed Puppy Food."

• App Improvement: Analysing usage trends to fix bugs and build better features.
• Communication: Sending you service updates, security alerts, or support responses.

Advertising and Affiliate Disclosure

We do not sell your personal identity (email, phone number) to third parties.

Contextual Recommendations

Our "Recommendations" tab features products and services we believe are valuable for your pet. These recommendations are contextual, meaning they are based on the pet data you entered (like species or age), not on tracking your behavior across other websites.

Affiliate Links

Some recommendations may contain affiliate links. If you click on a link and make a purchase, FuzzKeep may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This helps support the development of the App.

Third-Party Services

We may share data with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate the App. These partners are obligated to protect your data.

• Firebase (Google): We use Firebase for authentication, analytics, and crash reporting.
• Cloud Storage (e.g., AWS/Google Cloud): To securely store your pet logs and photos.

Data Retention and Deletion

• Retention: We retain your data only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service.
• Deletion: You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data directly within the App settings or by contacting us at support@fuzzkeep.com.

FuzzKeep is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.
